Erwin T. Allado – Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Erwin has been a corporate executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record building Internet companies and growing customer-service and product-related corporations.  It all began in college when Erwin was Founding Father of a community service-based fraternity where he was elected the 1st Chapter President for a 2-year term.  After college, Erwin joined PeopleSupport, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSPT), a California-based leading provider of customer care and business process outsourcing (BPO).  He was promoted to Operations Supervisor after 3 weeks on the job and was later sent overseas to build-out PeopleSupport’s global operation.  

Erwin was the Department Head of Customer Service Operations and played an intricate role in growing the center from approximately 20 to 400 employees.  One of the primary responsibilities included transitioning over 20 U.S. accounts (leading Fortune 500 Companies such as GE Capital, Expedia, Nokia, Network Solutions/VeriSign, EarthLink) to the Asia center and supporting its growth in becoming profitable in the 1st year of operation.  

After his tenure at PeopleSupport, Erwin consulted directly for the CEO of Linksys (NASDAQ: CSCO) and was key in the build out of their customer care center in Asia.  Erwin then returned to California where he switched careers in search of challenging himself and learning a completely different side of business.  Erwin joined Beverly Hills Financial Group, a premier brokerage firm providing financing for major entertainment and sport celebrities.  As Vice President, Erwin built his business from the ground up and achieved numerous accolades such as “Highest Gross Sales Revenue since 2000,” “Top Sales Producer” and “Hardest Worker” awards.

Born in Southern California, Erwin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Loyola Marymount University and a State of California License from the Department of Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE).

Erwin has always had a deep respect for elders and a devotion to always take care of them in appreciation of how they raised him.  La Dolce Living is a perfect fit for Erwin as he brings forth his experience and passion to give back to the seniors and the community.

Guy Anthony Bartoli – Chief Technology Officer & Partner

Tony brings over 20 years of technical expertise to La Dolce Living including all aspects of web development implementation as well as corporate management experience.  From major company web portals to intricate content management systems, Tony has designed systems that received world-wide utilization for data analysis.  His work has been published by Intel and Microsoft and the most recent specialization has been in online content management for corporate government applications.

Prior to La Dolce Living, Tony created a technology consulting firm that provided website development for his numerous clients.  Such services included resource identification, business and cost analysis, project management, deployment, web metrics reporting, security analysis and final testing.  Before building his own firm, Tony also had a very successful career with Schlumberger Limited as Information Technology Manager.  Working in the corporate office, he reported directly to Executive Management in their New York Headquarters.  Tony was responsible for not only managing his internal IT Team, but project managed major redesigns and incremental upgrades for Schlumberger’s key websites, including creation of a corporate website portal for the Executive Team.

A native of Marina Del Rey in California, Tony attended college at the University of Southern California.  Always prioritizing family, Tony always does anything to help his parents as they are one of the closest people in his life.

Catharine D. Allado – Chief Operations Officer & Founder

Kate brings to the company experience in building start-up Companies and a background in customer service, health insurance, medical services, finance and billing.  She started her career with Citibank providing banking and customer service.  She then joined PeopleSupport and was instrumental in building the customer care center from ground up.  She moved up quickly through the ranks where she was one of the heads of the Expedia, ProFlowers and other Major US accounts. 

When Kate moved to Los Angeles, she worked for WellPoint Insurance (Blue Cross).  She again moved up quickly being offered to assist the head of customer care Insurance team.  Kate decided it was time to move on and started her own company which helped other businesses with Medical Management and Billing Services.  After much success, she decided to join La Dolce Living due to its mission knowing she could bring to the table her talent and passion for helping elders.

Born in Metro Manila (Philippines), Kate attended Assumption College, an exclusive university well-known for educating many of the Philippines’ presidents and top officials.  Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business.

Growing up close with her family, Kate has always made family #1.  Although she is across the world from her family, she always makes it to a point to talk to her grandparents and parents more than twice a week.  Kate’s passion and dedication for her family is definitely reflected in helping other families find what they are looking for.
